The Founder & CEO
Rosey Huger, a Baltimore, Maryland native, is a multifaceted professional with a heart for both real estate and culinary arts. Armed with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Family Education from Morgan State University, she currently serves as a Regional Property Director, managing a diverse portfolio of Affordable Housing units. Holding certifications in Tax Credit and Certified Occupancy Specialist, Rosey brings expertise and compassion to the affordable housing real estate industry. Beyond her career, Rosey is a licensed cosmetologist and the proud owner of Taste of Soul, a thriving Soul Food carryout and catering business. Her entrepreneurial spirit extends further with the establishment of All in His Hands (AIHH), a transitional housing and support service born from her unwavering faith in God. Married to her loving husband, Damion Huger, Rosey cherishes her role as a devoted mother to two sons. Her life's mission is to inspire and empower others, especially women, to embrace their God-given potential and strive for excellence. With a motto of "Hope Begins when you put it All in His Hands," Rosey continues to impact lives, reminding us to trust in divine guidance and pursue our dreams with courage and faith.
